ActiveSenior is a life-affirming course at Nørgaards Højskole, where the focus is on moving both physically and mentally. We do this together through movement and exercise, music and song, lectures, gatherings, mood and laughter, outings, community and college life.
The days begin with morning swimming/morning exercise, morning assembly and high school singing.
In addition, the week offers exercise, games, lectures, group singing, bus excursions, hiking, bowls, crolf, padel, dance, yoga, relaxation, forest fitness and much more.
Everyone is welcome, so come and join us for a fun and active week of fun.
