Join us for an inspiring week of embroidery, mindfulness, and yoga. Embroidery, often called “the slow happiness,” has a meditative effect, where the repetitive stitches bring you into a state of flow. We start with simple stitches and create mini mandalas, allowing you to get started quickly and give your mind a break. The week also includes yoga, mindfulness, and a full-day trip related to the week’s theme. Additionally, you can look forward to morning gatherings, social activities, an evening of singing, and inspiring lectures.
