Welcome to Askov Folk High School At Askov Folk High School, you'll learn Danish language and culture while making lifelong friendships. Get the Danish culture under your skin while learning Danish Danish Language and Culture | Improve your written and spoken Danish. This course is for those who are new to the Danish language.  If you already know some Danish, you can also choose from one of our other main subjects. You can find all of our main subjects here. Subjects and life at a Folk High SchoolIn addition to core subjects, you can choose a wide range of electives. Right now Askov Folk High School offers: ceramics, music, animation, 3D printing, book club, drone certificate, welfare aesthetics, writing club and many more. See all subjects and make a schedule here. In addition to courses, we have a special folk high school evening every Tuesday and daily morning gatherings. Note: International students only have the opportunity to start the semester the 17th of august 2025. We believe that it will give you the best opportunities to learn the danish language.
