The InterCultural Meeting

Brenderup Højskole

Sustainability, sustainable construction, permaculture, redesign and the International Cultural Meeting.

We have students from all over the world. We travel and meet the world through debate, art and music and put community at the center of our creative spaces and workshops.

We are at the forefront within sustainable construction, permaculture and redesign. Off grid and tiny houses and permaculture as folk high school subjects started here.

At Brenderup Højskole, you live in a sustainable environment. We eat and live with green awareness.

We do not believe in people in boxes and on lines - You compose your own schedule based on our large selection of subjects. You can round it all off with a trip as a volunteer to Nepal or Kenya.

We work with more than 47 different subjects and topics within Anthropology and Cultural Understanding, Permaculture and Perma Culture, Arts and Crafts, Redesign, Global Music, Sports Outdoor Life and Health, Danish Language and Culture and Sustainable Construction.

The practical is central to virtually all topics. We use our hands to understand the theory. Both when it comes to sustainable construction, permaculture, redesign and cultural understanding.
