Cooking course: Taste the sea

At this summer course you will learn how to cook wonderful food with the fruits of the sea: fish, shellfish and seaweed. We will go on excursions to find seaweed, enjoy an oyster tasting with bubbly wine and learn more about sustainable sea farming.
