Local, unique and sustainable are three things that characterise ‘the taste of Djursland’.

We gather ingredients from Djursland's beautiful nature, which we experiment with in the school's professional production kitchen and the fantastic outdoor area with greenhouses, outdoor kitchen and campfire area. 

Spiced with inspiring visits to local food and gastronomy enthusiasts and exciting lectures, we'll have a week of impressions for all the senses.
