At Nordiska folkhögskolan, right outside of Gothenburg, Sweden, you can follow your passion for a reasonable price.
You follow one course during the whole year. Here you'll meet professional teachers and engaged students. Together you'll take a leap forward within your chosen subject.

NORDISKA FILMSKOLAN – learn to communicate and tell stories through filmmaking.
NORDISKA FOTOSKOLAN – we change the world through photography. With focus on documentary photography.
NORDISKA TEATERSKOLAN – a serious education in acting, with focus on body, text and movemment.
NORDISKA BILDSKOLAN – with the fine arts, creative storytelling and visual language in focus.
NORDISKA VISSKOLAN – education in music and scene performance with focus on lyrics and presence.
Swedish folkhighschool
In Sweden the folkhighschools (folkhögskolor) are a bit different from the ones in Denmark. You spend most of your with your chosen main subject: Film, photo, acting, fine arts or music.
The courses are taught mainly in Swedish, but if you are familiar with any Scandinavian language, you will be fine. If you are unsure, please contact the courseleaders directly – they can tell you more.
