Nørgaards HøjskoleFOOD COURSE WITH A FOCUS ON GREEN INGREDIENTS, TASTE & SENSORY
Throughout the week we go to the food workshop and cook vegetarian dishes based on seasonal vegetables with the addition of pulses, nuts, dairy products, eggs, spices and lots of herbs.
We let ourselves be inspired by the world's tasty cuisines, adding local ingredients as far as possible and what we can gather in the nature around the college or pick up from the local organic grower.
We have to experiment with many different ingredients, from pulses, fresh vegetables, grains, nuts to spices and herbs and maybe discover new tastes and lifestyles.
