An author’s tool is language, just as a painter uses a brush and canvas, and a dancer relies on the body. In this creative writing course, you’ll refine your language, enhance your texts, and explore new techniques. You’ll experiment with different styles and discover that your literary voice has far greater range than you might have imagined.
First and foremost, this course is about writing! We’ll engage in a variety of writing exercises designed to spark curiosity, polish your language, and provide new tools to elevate your creative writing. But we’ll also spend time reading – both your own work and that of others.
