Roskilde Festival HøjskoleJoin us for a summer course in sea kayaking and spend a week with water beneath your paddle, nature all around you and great people to share the experience with.
During the course, Roskilde Fjord becomes your playground and classroom. It is one of Denmark’s most attractive kayaking areas, with sheltered waters, beautiful scenery and plenty of opportunities for adventure. No previous sea kayaking experience is needed – the course is open to everyone.
During the first few days, you will get to know your kayak and learn how to move safely on the water. We will work on paddling techniques, manoeuvring and technical skills with our experienced instructors.
During the week, you will also experience cultural activities, talks, a singing evening, challenges and, not least, the strong community of Danish folk high school life.
